The Advanced Integrated Solutions (AIS) executive management team is responsible for setting the strategic course and leading the company with a relentless goal of increasing client success, while driving business in a manner consistent with core values of safety, ethics and teamwork.

VANESSA WILLETT | President, Chief Project Officer

Ms. Willett graduated with a Bachelor of Science from Wayne State University and was accepted into their Law School program upon graduation. She worked as a facility manager and advanced her career through experiential accomplishments and continued professional development and training. In 2012, she left her position to become COO of Advanced Priority Management – an environmental waste management firm that performed throughout the Midwest.

In 2014, Ms. Willett started AIS with business partner – Anne DiMaggio, JD – and expanded into additional environmental services, demolition and construction related work. This is where she assumed her current role as President and began to contribute to the strategic direction of the entire company. The firm is focused on the federal market throughout the United States, while also maintaining private sector accounts and service contracts. Vanessa has strong experience in the hands-on operations and management of complex and large projects, while also having established herself and building private industry relationships with Fortune 100 companies as an expert in these fields.

Ms. Willett currently holds a Directorship with the Society of American Military Engineers Detroit Post, Government Relations Committee Member of the National Demolition Association, and Secretary of the National Contract Management Association Great Lakes State Chapter.

ANNE DIMAGGIO, JD | Chief Executive Officer

Ms. DiMaggio graduated with a Bachelor of Political Science from Oakland University and Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University. Ms. DiMaggio worked as an environmental attorney for over 25 years on superfund sites, wastewater treatment and other environmental concerns for her clients and their respective stakeholders. She applied this experience and knowledge towards the creation and development of AIS with business partner Ms. Willett.

Ms. DiMaggio acts as a director for the National Association of Women in Construction and as a long-standing member of the National Defense Industry Association. She frequently engages and attends regional events hosted by public sector contracting agencies, while also leveraging her industry experience and network for the continued growth and development of the company.
